It’s too early to be awake! AM workout anyone?

I am doing my best to get to the pool this morning but it is hard to get moving.

What’s the best way to get motivated for an early workout? Hot beverages? Working those early mornings into your routine? Peer motivation?

I don’t have any of those things this morning… And I’m sure daylight savings isn’t helping! I better go put the kettle on…

  1. I use to be a morning person and would put in a few miles before work. What worked for me then was getting my workout clothes together the night before and waking up at the same time every morning even on my days off. Music is also a good motivator. If nothing else, just think about how awesome it’s going to feel when you’ve gotten it out of the way and can enjoy the rest of your day…..Healthy Journey!
