I’ve been really enjoying the “Stuff You Should Know” podcast lately, and they have this great episode about willpower. It is very relevant when you are trying to exercise more and eat less! There’s not too much here that will drastically change your weight loss results, but it is very interesting and makes me feel better about when I have trouble with making a tough choice.

– Discussion of Psychology study in which children are given 1 marshmallow, and told if they can wait 15 minutes they’ll be given 2 marshmallows. Actions tend to be an accurate predictor of future success on SAT scores!
