Fitness Tip #1: Start today.

The diet doesn’t start tomorrow.  You won’t start working out in a couple weeks when you have more time.

The most important part of a lifestyle change is to follow through on the intention.  Everyone intends to live healthier – to eat more vegetables and less fried foods, to exercise more and watch less TV.  The intention means nothing until you actually follow through.

I used to wait for the perfect day.  The truth is there is no perfect day.  Just pick today and start exercising.  Just pick today to eat right.

The diet starts now.  You work out today.
